Refund policy

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

Return Authorization Required:

To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact us via email through our contact page.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • For exchanges, the desired replacement item or size

When your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Returns received within 14 days of the delivery date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Orders originally purchased using a gift card will be refunded as store credit or a new gift card.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds, exchanges, and gift card issuances are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping

A flat return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund per return shipment, regardless of the number of items included.

Exchanges

We offer one round of free exchanges per order. If you need a different size or item, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Condition Requirements

All returned items must be received in original, resellable condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, or excessive handling may not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Examples of conditions that may make an item ineligible include, but are not limited to:

  • stains or discoloration

  • odors, smoke, or perfume scents

  • pet hair or debris

  • snags, holes, tears, or unraveling seams

  • missing tags or removed hanger strings

  • any other visible signs of wear or damage

Westly reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these condition requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Items reported as damaged must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Please include clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item with your request so our team can review and process your claim as quickly as possible.

Additional Policy Information

Westly is not responsible for items sent back in error.

Westly reserves the right to limit or refuse future returns or exchanges from customers who repeatedly return items that do not comply with this policy.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.

Westly reserves the right to limit or refuse future purchases from customers who file abusive, fraudulent, or repeated chargebacks or payment disputes. In such cases, associated store credits, promotional codes, or loyalty benefits may be suspended or canceled at our discretion.

Orders associated with unresolved payment disputes may become ineligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit until the dispute is resolved.
