Shipping

• Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

• Returned packages may require additional postage before they can be reshipped.
• If a package is refused by the recipient, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Missing Packages

• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received should be reported within 5 days of the delivery scan.
• Claims submitted after this window may be ineligible for carrier investigation.
• Please check with neighbors, household members, apartment offices, and secure delivery locations before contacting us.
• We reserve the right to require customers to cooperate with carrier investigations.
